ZUMBA Fitness Classes are Back at Stanley Park
Back by popular demand, ZUMBA® Fitness classes are coming to Stanley Park for six sessions! Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings, September 3rd through October 8th, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. The classes will be held in the Beveridge Pavilion annex, with ZUMBA® Fitness Instructor Meg Morrill will lead the Latin-inspired dance workouts. This class will be a low-impact, high-energy, fun-in-the-sun party perfect for beginners and seasoned ZUMBA® participants alike! Kids 10 and up are welcome with an adult. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers, and bring lots of water (you might also want a small towel). Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Donations to the Park are welcome, with a suggested donation of $5 per person. You may sign up by calling Amy L’Esperance in our Development Office at 413-572-2900 or online at firstname.lastname@example.org.
