Women in Business at Visiting Angels in West Springfield

Visiting Angels of West Springfield is pleased to celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8th! We honor the women who tirelessly devote their time, energy, and passion to ensure that we can continue to take care of the elders of our community:

Natali Pilecki has been with Visiting Angels for eleven years. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Heritage Hall West for six and a half years before joining the Visiting Angels team in October 2010. She began her time at Visiting Angels as a CNA caring for elders; since then, she has held multiple roles on the team. She currently serves as both a caregiver and the Training Specialist for Visiting Angels. Pilecki holds an important role in the onboarding process; her responsibilities include conducting orientations, assessing caregivers, and keeping up with COVID mandates. Pilecki’s calm, nurturing, and logical demeanor makes her a natural caregiver. However, she also brings these invaluable qualities to her administrative roles, making her a tremendous asset to the Visiting Angels team.

Cambryn Chiavaroli is a newer addition to the Visiting Angels team, joining in October of 2020 as a CNA. Chiavaroli graduated with honors from AB Tech in Asheville, NC with an associate degree in the arts and psychology. She was recruited by myCNAjobs and caught the director’s eye due to her genuine “from-the-heart” statement on her resume about her strong passion for caregiving. Right away, Chiavaroli was promoted to a recruiter position. She values compassion and respect for everyone in this industry, which she considers during interviews with possible candidates. She has a passion for social justice and continues to help others each and every day in any way she can.

Marisa Lombardi is a recent graduate of Elms College with a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management. She first became aware of the Administrative Project Coordinator position at Visiting Angels via a virtual job fair at Elms College. Lombardi joined the Visiting Angels team soon after her graduation in December 2020. She immediately jumped into her role by revamping the timecard system and other essential onboarding practices by making them virtual. Currently, she assists the director in multiple projects that arise while Visiting Angels strives to ensure that clients, clients’ families, and employees are satisfied.
