Westfield, MA—Westfield Bank has announced the promotions of three bank officers to Assistant Vice President.

Jennifer Nelson has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Portfolio Manager. Nelson is based at the bank’s Exchange Street operations office in Chicopee.  She is responsible for monitoring and managing loan quality and performance for a team of commercial lenders. She began her career as a Staff Accountant with Pignatare & Sagan, LLC of West Springfield and was later a Credit Analyst for NUVO Bank & Trust of Springfield. She joined Westfield Bank in 2017. She is a member of the West Springfield Music Parents Association and she is currently enrolled with the New England College of Business. She resides in West Springfield.

Karen Hayes has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Collections Officer at the bank’s Exchange Street operations office in Chicopee, where she assists bank customers in keeping loans current by offering financial advice and providing various loan repayment options. Prior to joining Westfield Bank in 2017, Hayes was Collections Officer with North Brookfield Savings Bank. She currently resides in North Brookfield.

Jennifer St. Sauveur has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Call Center Manager at the bank’s main office at 141 Elm Street in Westfield. She is responsible for supervision of the bank’s team of centralized call center customer service representatives who assist customers with all aspects of account information, problem resolution, research, and product and service recommendations via telephone and email. She is also responsible for oversight of customer service for the bank’s online banking channel and is instrumental in apprising bank employees of product releases and enhancements. St. Sauveur resides in Westfield.
