PeoplesBank Appoints Michael Oleksak as Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking.
HOLYOKE, MA (JUNE 6, 2011) — PeoplesBank has announced the appointment of Michael J. Oleksak as executive vice president, Commercial Banking. Oleksak will also be part of the Senior Leadership Team at PeoplesBank. He brings 30 years of banking experience including the last four years as an executive vice president at a $3 billion bank. During that time, Oleksak was responsible for all areas of commercial banking including lending, cash management, credit and operations.

A resident of Feeding Hills, Oleksak is the president of the Springfield Technical Community College Foundation, and was previously affiliated with the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, the Service League of Western Massachusetts, and the Westfield State College Foundation Board. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science at Bryant University, in Smithfield, RI and earned a Master’s of Business Administration at Western New England University, in Springfield, MA.
