Join Berkshire Bank in Boston on May 16th for the unveiling of our BeFirst commitment – a combination of new programs, products and strategies created hand in hand with community members to ensure that we are providing the most effective tools in order to best support all the communities we serve.
May 16, Boston, MA — Berkshire Bank is thrilled to announce our renewed pledge to diversity and inclusion through the launch of our BeFirst commitment. This summer Berkshire Bank is introducing several new programs and projects, on both an internal and external level, centered around giving back to the communities we serve by providing innovative and effective banking tools and actively building a pipeline of diverse talent within our communities.

Alongside community stakeholders, Berkshire Bank will roll out our innovative BeFirst programs that will address and advance the issues most relevant to the communities we serve.
