New Site to Improve User Experience
PITTSFIELD, MA - Berkshire Bank is proud to announce the launch of its newly designed website. The new site, developed in collaboration with ZAG Interactive, will improve the user experience by being more consumer-focused and easier to navigate.
The new website is designed to help customers at every step – from relevant resources on specific project pages to a solution finder that connects common customer needs with related products and services. The site also conforms to current ADA guidelines, making visitor usability a priority. Along with a refreshed design, the fully mobile-friendly site provides a seamless experience for customers to access their banking needs anytime, anywhere.

The new website embraces Berkshire Bank’s colors and captures the Bank’s character through custom design elements. To create excitement and bring out the brand, the new website design uses relatable photography, iconography and subtle animation to position the Bank as a leading financial institution committed to its local communities. The website was designed in coordination with ZAG Interactive, a full-service digital agency based in Glastonbury, CT.
