Noble Hospital Announces Partnership With Jefferson Radiology
Expanding Advanced Imaging Services
WESTFIELD, MA– Noble Hospital is pleased to announce a new partnership with Jefferson Radiology of East Hartford, Conn., expanding the advanced imaging services already available for patients across western Massachusetts.
Comprised of more than 50 radiologists across Connecticut, Jefferson Radiology represents one of the leading radiology groups in the area. Specializing in all aspects of diagnostic imaging, they serve as a tremendous resource for area facilities in terms of technology and experience.
According to Dr. Stephen V. Klein, newly nominated Chair of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging at Noble, “the Hospital is a dedicated and committed health provider for the community. Working with Jefferson Radiology is just one more way Noble Hospital works to bring the highest level of care to this area.”
“Diagnostic imaging services are a key element of the care we provide to our patients,” said Robert P. Perry, FACHE, President and CEO of Noble Hospital. “Such services provide our physicians with accurate medical images for more precise diagnoses and help in determining appropriate treatment for patients,” Perry said.
Dr. Klein agrees, “Access to specialty services can have a tremendous impact on a facility, particularly from a patient care standpoint. We now make more definitive diagnoses of difficult conditions here at Noble Hospital without forcing our patients to leave the area. Travel can often be quite an undertaking for ill patients, and are now able to eliminate that burden,” he said.

Dr. Klein graduated from Yeshiva University Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York and completed both an internship in internal medicine and residency in diagnostic radiology at Albany Medical Center, Albany, N.Y. He also completed a fellowship in cardiovascular/interventional radiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Penn.
Dr. Klein is certified by the American Board of Diagnostic Radiology and holds Certification of Added Qualifications. He is certified in cardiovascular and interventional radiology.
Noble Hospital is confident that Dr. Klein and his colleagues will significantly strengthen an already outstanding clinical department.
