A FABULOUS PROGRESSIVE DINING EXPERIENCE TO BENEFIT CITYSTAGE!
Springfield Performing Arts Development Corporation is pleased to announce a spring fundraiser to benefit CityStage on Tuesday, May 23.
A fun and delicious night out in downtown Springfield is being presented by CityStage and four fabulous restaurants on Worthington and Fort! A 2-course dinner at a pre-selected restaurant will be offered by 350 Grill Steak House, Adolfo’s Restaurant, Student Prince and Theodore’s Booze & Blues BBQ.Guests will also enjoy appetizers and desserts from these four restaurants, followed by entertainment, door prizes and a silent auction at CityStage.
Here’s what to expect with this unique progressive dining experience: Guests will arrive at CityStage at 5:30! Diners will enjoy a sampling of appetizers from the featured restaurants “in the neighborhood” and a beer tasting from New Belgium Brewery. A cash bar will be available for guests and parking will be free in the Columbus Center Garage
By 6:15 groups will depart CityStage and arrive at one of the restaurants of their pre-selected choice to enjoy a delicious 2-course dinner specially paired with a complimentary New Belgium beer. Dinner selections, inspired by New Belgium are featured below:
AMBER ALE AND BELGIAN ENDIVE INSALATA – CRISPY BELIGAN ENDIVE TOSSED WITH GRAPE TOMATOES, SHAVED PARMIGIANA CHEESE IN A FAT TIRE AMBER ALE VINAIGRETTE
FAT TIRE AMBER ALE BRAISED PORK LOIN – SLOW ROASTED, BEER BASTED BONELESS PORK LOIN SERVED WITH AMBER ALE APPLE SAUCE AND ROASTED RED POTATOES
FRISEE SALAD – ROASTED GARLIC VINAIGRETTE, RED ONIONS, HEIRLOOM TOMATOES, GOAT CHEESE AND TOASTED PECANS

At 7:45 restaurant guests depart for CityStage for a sampling of delicious desserts, cash bar, silent auction, door prizes, and a performance by Noah Lis from The Voice.
