Executive Director

Amanda Waterfield is the Executive Director of the Greater Westfield Chamber of Commerce. She is a writer and editor with a focus on marketing and sales. Amanda is a lover of the written word; she is the founder and former publisher of West Springfield Lifestyle Magazine. She has worked for Ford Motor Company Public Affairs, the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, and spent more than 20 years as a freelance textbook editor. A native of the New Hampshire Seacoast, Amanda was a Westfield resident from 2011 to 2019. She now lives in West Springfield with her children, Andrew and Laura, and their dog, Queenie. She is a past president of the Kiwanis Club of Westfield, and is a member of the West Springfield Rotary Club. Amanda is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.

Christopher Bone, Tighe & Bond

Director

Chris is a Vice President and Corporate Design Manager for Tighe & Bond, Inc., providing engineering services to municipal and private clients throughout New England. Chris specializes in water and wastewater engineering, and is responsible for driving design quality and standardization across Tighe & Bond’s business practices. Finally, Chris is a proud Westfield resident and is happy to serve the Chamber of Commerce to help foster a strong business community.

Tyler Chatham, Savage Arms
Director

Tyler is the Financial Controller for Savage Arms, overseeing the company’s accounting department and ensuring the financial accuracy of the Savage Arms financial statements. Before this, Tyler worked in public accounting for KPMG as an Audit Manager, primarily serving consumer industrial manufacturing clients.

Tyler received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Western New England University. Tyler continues to be involved with his alma mater, now serving as a board member for the Young Alumni Accounting Advisory Board. Tyler is an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Mike Duperier, Mestek, Inc.
Director

Mike is Plant Manager for Mestek, Inc.’s Westfield plants and is a member of the Greater Westfield Chamber’s Business and Community Affairs Committee (BCAC). He has worked in various manufacturing operations roles for companies in Missouri, Florida, and Western Massachusetts. Prior to his manufacturing career, Mike served 21 years of active duty as an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force.

Secretary

Westfield Native, Caitrin Ferriter, is the Director of Customer Service and Sales at Westfield Gas and Electric, focusing on community relations, customer satisfaction and deployment of fiber-to-the home networks in neighboring municipalities. Serving as Secretary on Executive Committee at Greater Westfield Chamber of Commerce since 2019. In 2011, earned Bachelor’s degree from Western New England University and MBA from Bay Path University in Entrepreneurship and Innovation in 2019.

Dino Gravanis

Dino is currently the Director of Franchise operations for Monarch Enterprises.  Previously he was the general manager of Springfield Country Club.

David Kinstle, Polish National Credit Union
Director

David started his career in banking in 2001 with SouthTrust Bank while living in Columbia, SC. He moved to Massachusetts in 2007 and worked for another bank in Westfield, then joined Polish National Credit Union in October of 2017. David has been married to his wife Terri for 21 years and they have two teenage daughters - one in college and one is a junior in High School. David grew up in Lexington, KY and graduated from UK - he is a huge Kentucky Wildcats fan. David also enjoys playing golf in his spare time when he needs a little more misery in his life.

Sandra Knowlton, Commercial Distributing
Human Resources Manager

For the past seven years, Sandra Knowlton has been the Human Resources Manager for over a hundred employees at Commercial Distributing in Westfield. She has over sixteen years of experience in the Human Resources field.

*Julianne Krutka, Park Square Realty, Realtor
2nd vice president and chair of FUN development committee

Julianne Krutka is a Real Estate Sales Professional with Park Square Realty. She began her career in Real Estate in 2008 and has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer ever since helping hundreds of home buyers and sellers. Her goal is make the process of buying or selling a home as stress free as possible. Sheis licensed in both Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Julianne has also been an active member of the Greater Westfield Chamber for over a decade. When Julianne is not serving her clients or her local business community she enjoys spending time with her husband of 35+ years, her shih-tzu Harley and her children and grandchildren and during the summer months you mind find her sneaking away to Otis to spend some time at camp!

Daniel McKellick is a shareholder and attorney at Bacon Wilson, P.C. He is licensed in both Massachusetts and Connecticut and focuses on real estate transactions; commercial lending; business startup and succession; and contract drafting and review.

Christina Mobrice

Director

Christina Mobrice is a Business office Representative at Westfield Gas & Electric/Whip City Fiber. She is also the co-chair of the Fun-Development committee which focuses on Chamber events and marketing. In her free time, she remains committed to the community by coaching the Westfield High School Varsity Gymnastics Team. Christina is a lifelong resident of Westfield where she currently resides with her husband, her pug Bubba, and a baby girl coming in February 2023.

Stephanie Morales, Westfield Bank, Banker

Stephanie Morales has been with Westfield Bank for over 25 years and currently holds the role of Branch Manager/Vice President of the Elm Street Office in Westfield. She covers an array of services including business and consumer banking, residential mortgages and equities and also volunteers in local financial literacy programs. She is a strong supporter of the Autism and Asperger community. She was a longtime resident in Westfield and now resides in West Springfield with her husband, Noel and her two sons Devin and Jared.

Judy Puffer, Puffer Salon & Day Spa
Director

Judy Puffer is the owner of Puffer's Salon & Day Spa.  She began her cosmetology career in Minnesota.  She and her husband Don moved to Westfield in 1973.  In 1986, they opened Puffer's Salon & Day Spa, the first spa of its kind in the area offering hair, facials, massage, and nail services for the community.

Judy and the staff at Puffer's Salon & Day Spa are proud to be celebrating their 10th win in a row as Best Day Spa as voted on in MassLive's Reader Raves poll.  Judy has been an active member of the Greater Westfield Chamber for many years.  They have and continue to support numerous organizations in the community throughout the years.

Tim Rooke is a Special Assistant to the President of Westfield State University. He is also Vice President of Axia Insurance Services. He worked as the Western Mass Campaign Coordinator for Charlie Baker.

Mike Roundy is Chair of the Business and Community Affairs Committee (BCAC) of the Chamber which supports members by providing information concerning local and state issues, taxes, and regulations affecting the business community, and serves as a communications link with state and local officials. Mike is a Partner in the law firm of Bulkley Richardson in Springfield, serving clients throughout the region with issues in employment law, tax, litigation, and independent investigations. He has made his home in Westfield since 1999 and has been active in the community with the Food Pantry, Children’s Museum, Babe Ruth baseball, scouts, and Westfield Academy, in addition to the Chamber.

CEO of Boys and Girls Club of Greater Westfield since June of 2022.  Been affiliated with the Club for more than 20 years including being Board President from 2005-2014. Member of the Westfield School Committee since 2018. Born and raised and still living in Westfield with wife Kris.  Have two grown daughters, Leighanne and Shannon.

Maura Tobias, Baystate Noble Hospital

Maura Tobias is a Senior Specialist, Public Affairs and Community Relations for Baystate Health and focuses on Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield.  Prior to joining Baystate Health in 2018, she spent two decades at Friendly’s Restaurants at the headquarters in Wilbraham, MA leading their Public Affairs and Communications team.

Christopher Willenborg

Chris is the Airport Manager of Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport located in Western Massachusetts. Prior to starting at BAF in April 2020, Chris worked at Airport Solutions Group which is an airport planning and engineering firm for 4 1/2 years as Executive Vice President. Chris served as Executive Director of the Massachusetts Aeronautics Commission and Aeronautics Administrator of the MassDOT Aeronautics Division from 2009-2015. Prior to joining MassDOT, Chris was the Airport Manager of Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport from 1999-2008.
